Let’s discover Lily of the Valley, 5-star hotel which opened its doors in June 2019 in South of France. Located 2 steps from the Gigaro beach in Saint Tropez, which has been a favourite place for the hotel owners – Alain Weill and his daughter, Lucie. This hotel interior design will take your breath away by it’s unique approach to interior design, raw materials and landscape.

This beautiful hotel is a perfect place to recharge batteries, to taste refined cuisine by Vincent Maillard or enjoy countless wellness programs led by trained professionals.

Famous interior designer Philippe Starck, who designed this hotel, took the inspiration from the local architecture and surroundings.

“All my life, I have dreamt of being here. Somewhere between a subconscious Antiquity and extreme modernity, which is without doubt the best place in the world to live.”
Philippe Starck
Designer

The hotel interior is full of wood, clay, stone, Dutch tiles, marrying with the rattan, textile, marble, and ceramics. From the first sight, this interior could be easily mistaken with a chalet. Raw wooden pillars, village inspired or cane furniture design contrasts with sleek veneer ceilings or marble walls. It is all about balance.

Hotel embraces natural materials and colour scheme that doesn’t stand out from the rest of nature. The use of raw wood elements doesn’t make the place less luxurious. On the contrary, it marries perfectly with blue sea and the pool, Southern Pines and the greenery that surrounds the hotel. The red colour, which can be seen in the cane furniture and ceramics, adds some wonderful contrast to the main colour scheme. Also, little details as raw edge marble table add some unexpected to the interior, as if it was taken straight from nature.

Restaurant interior is so cosy and inviting, where you can enjoy your meal while looking at the sea. Love those greenery elements on the roof, they add 3D dimension to the view. Every corner of this hotel is full of ceramics and other artisans creations. All these little details as artwork, ceramics and other accessories make the interior complete and create the feel of the home.
